Civil Engineers Den was founded by V.H. Fayaz Ahmed in 2000, on a single conviction — that a well-built structure is the foundation of a well-lived life. Over twenty years and 1,000+ completed buildings later, that conviction still anchors every plan approval, every site visit, and every handover.
The founder is a Chartered Engineer and a licensed structural engineer, holding an MSc in Real Estate and federal registration with the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India as a Registered Valuer for Land & Building (IBBI/RV/02/2018/10336) — an approved valuer for banks across the region. He is currently pursuing an LL.B, adding legal training to a rare engineering and valuation foundation that informs every plan approval, valuation, and contract the firm handles. The practice has been entrusted by the Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh — among the firm's most significant commissions — and continues to deliver across industrial, commercial, residential, and educational buildings.
